Bjørn Forsman	b73e6289dc	pythonPackages.pyrtlsdr: unbreak build ... pyrtlsdr needs pandoc at build time. Fixes the build since commit f6eb190e70 ("python.pkgs.pyrtlsdr: disable tests to fix build").
